At Simple Gadgets, our goal is to bring you the best and most useful tech accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, to maintain our competitive pricing and free shipping, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We offer a 5-Day Replacement Guarantee starting from the date of delivery. You are eligible for a free replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product: The item arrived physically damaged.

Defective/Non-Working: The gadget does not function as described (e.g., doesn't charge, won't turn on).

Wrong Item Received: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Missing Parts: The package arrived with missing accessories.
Important: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or if you simply decided you don't like the product after using it. Please read the product description and specifications carefully before placing an order.
2. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To ensure fairness for both parties, we require an Unboxing Video to process any claim for damage, missing items, or wrong products.

What is it? A clear, continuous video recorded while opening the parcel for the first time.

Why? This acts as proof that the issue existed upon arrival and was not caused by mishandling after delivery.

Policy: Without a clear unboxing video, claims for physical damage or missing products will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@adev.co.in or WhatsApp us at within 5 days of delivery.

Send Proof: Include your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the issue.

Verification: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only if a replacement unit is not available.

Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will ask for your UPI ID or Bank Account details to transfer the refund amount. This is processed within 5-7 business days after return verification.
5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

Simple Gadgets operates as a retail platform connecting customers with products sourced directly from third-party manufacturers and logistics partners ("Third-Party Suppliers"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Third-Party Fulfilment: Products may be dispatched directly from our partner warehouses to your doorstep to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Product Use: Simple Gadgets is not the manufacturer of the products sold. We do not assume any liability for the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of the products by the customer.

Limitation of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Gadgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, mental distress, loss of data, or personal injury) arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
