Shipping policy

At Simple Gadgets, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with India's leading logistics providers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express) to ensure your gear reaches you safely.
1. Order Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.

Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp message immediately after placing your order.

COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a verification call or WhatsApp message. Your order will be dispatched only after this confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Since we source products directly from manufacturers to give you the best price, please allow the following delivery times:

Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3-5 Business Days

Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days

Remote Areas (J&K, North East): 7-10 Business Days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While 95% of our orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or courier operational issues.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹[Amount, e.g., 49] may apply to COD orders to cover cash handling charges. (Or you can state: "We offer FREE Shipping on all orders.")
4. Order Tracking

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order status directly on our "Track Order" page or the courier partner's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the ID.
5. Undelivered Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)

Incomplete Address: Please ensure you provide a complete address including House Number and Landmark. We are not responsible for nondelivery due to incomplete addresses.

Availability: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us (RTO).

Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 must be paid to dispatch it again.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

If the package looks tampered with or damaged from the outside, do not accept delivery. Ask the delivery boy to mark it as "Damaged/Refused" and contact us immediately.
